Our clinic is led by Dr. Mehul Shah, a compassionate and highly trained physician known for his thorough, patient-centered approach. With a background in Advanced Gastroenterology, Nutrition and Transplant hepatology, Dr. Shah brings deep expertise in treating complex GI conditions including acid reflux, IBS, Ulcerative colitis, Chron’s disease, fatty liver disease and esophageal disorders. He is especially passionate about helping patients manage chronic conditions with clarity, confidence, and dignity.
Dr. Shah earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed advanced fellowships in Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology. His clinical training spans prestigious institutions including Rutgers University Hospital and the University of Texas system. Beyond his credentials, patients appreciate his warm demeanor, attentive listening, and ability to make complicated health issues easy to understand.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Shah enjoys hiking scenic trails, cheering on NBA basketball, spending time with family, and sampling bold, flavorful cuisines.
