Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is a chronic allergic inflammatory condition of the esophagus. It occurs when eosinophils (a type of white blood cell) build up in the esophageal lining, often triggered by food allergens.
Common Symptoms
Adults may experience:

What Causes EoE?
